• Payments: All sessions and services booked through our website or scheduling calendar (Acuity) must be paid in full prior to the session via our secure payment gateway (Stripe).
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please do so at least 24–48 hours in advance using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled remote session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
